Michael Grech Chairman & Managing Director
Michael Grech started his career with a local commercial bank in 1978. After 13 years working in different departments, in two of the main branches of the bank, Mr. Grech decided to pursue a career in investment services. Consequently, in 1991 Mr. Grech left the bank to start his own business providing a professional personalised investment service to satisfy a demand which was lacking in Gozo at the time. During the year 2000, the company extended its operations by opening a branch office in Birkirkara, to cater for its Maltese client base. With the establishment of the Malta Financial Services Centre as regulator of the industry, Michael Grech obtained a Category I licence. This licence was extended to a category II in 2001. Mr Grech is currently a director on Malta Enterprise, vice-Chairman of the supervisory council of the Malta Community Chest Fund, and Chairman of the Council of the Victoria Scout Group.
